1376 - Contact author for fan update
Right now there are many addons being submitted with updates for projects that do not let them.
I'd like to see a mechanism which would let authors send a mail to other others without exposing their e-mail addresses which would basically say "I have a fan update for your project, your project doesn't allow for them, do I have permission do do this?"
Basically a form which would have to be approved by admins before the mail is sent, which we could see the result.
