1373 - File changelogs

File changelogs should always be named the same, not differently per package. This should be done for overwriting reasons, in the situation where a user doesn't use an updater, which would remove the entire addon then install the new one, the user would most likely make use of overwriting addons to update.

This would result in multiple changelogs being in an addon folder, and since everything in the Interface folder is brought into memory when WoW loads, this would be bad.

My suggestion is simple: name every changelog, changelog.txt

WoW brings the entire Interface folder into RAM, no matter what it's contents.

Pardon my noobness, but WoW won't be loading files that aren't listed in the TOC, right?
