1346 - Namespace page inaccessible after renaming the namespace

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Created a namespace "pairs", added some phrases to it
2. Renamed the namespace to "p"
3. Trying to access the namespace's page (.../localization/p/) returns a "404 Page not found" page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
