1100 - Main Menu-Bar Drop-Downs

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

The main (orange) menu-bar really could benefit from some drop-downs, something like the example below:

- Home
  - Announcements
  - Packager Status
  - Paste Code
- Projects
  - Categories
  - Search
- My Profile
  - My Projects
  - My Tickets
  - Blog

Please provide any additional information below.
