1063 - Localization Phrase sorting defect

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the phrase list. (From the main project page, click on "Localization," then "Phrases.")
2. Click the "Key" link to sort by keys (or, more precisely, reverse the current sort order).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Since it's already sorting by keys, I'd expect it to sort by keys in reverse order, but it does not.

1. Same as above.
2. Click the "Namespace" link to sort by Namespaces.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It does not sort by Namespaces, but instead sorts by keys. If you click it again, it sorts by keys in reverse order.
