What is the issue? I try to log in and reset my password because I couldn't remember what I set it to. I get an email that just gives me a link to go to and then I never get the new password sent to me that the system changed it to. So consequently I am stuck in a loop and never get it actually reset. So now I have had to create an all new profile this really sucks please help... Thanks
