101 - Add a note when creating a project that tell you it will be added to the approval queue

Many users are asking where their files are. Please add a notice that say it will be added to the approval queue.

Is that why the files are not shown on curse.com immediately?
Possibly also add an indicator to the files that have not been approved yet?

Status: Verified - QA has verified that the fix has worked.

Priority: High - Strongly want to resolve in the specified milestone.
