What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log on as mikk on wowace.com
2. Try to change email address to mikeclueby4 (at) gmail (dot) com
3. Try to use forums

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
2: "Email address already in use"
3: I'm suddenly "dpsgnome" instead of "mikk" (including the annoying fact that I can't get to mikk's private messages, which I'm actually notified about on my gmail address... oh joy)

Merge project error

I tried to merge two my projects: "Needja Tracker" and "Needja Tracker Plus". In the settings I chose "needja-tracker" as final slug, and "only needja-tracker-plus" for other options. The correct result is only for the svn repository, but all other does not work. In the project "Needja Tracker" sections "Overview", "Pages" and "Tickets" are empty, "Files" and "Repository" show error, "Localization" remains unchanged from the old project.

Template does not change with Type when submitting tickets on addons

What steps will reproduce the problem? Please provide as much detail as possible.

Go to any addon's project page.
Click the "Tickets" tab.
Click the "Post a ticket" link.
Change the ticket type dropdown from "Defect" to anything else.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: The prefilled text in the Description field changes to reflect the template for the specified ticket type.

Actual: The prefilled text does not change, but remains stuck on the "Defect" template.

At what time and date (year, month, day) did you get this bug? (Include your timezone)

Tested in both Opera 11.60 and Internet Explorer 9 browsers, on Windows 7 Ultimate Edition (64-bit).

I've also noticed over the last week or two that all tickets submitted on my addons have used the "Defect" template, regardless of their specified type, so this bug likely appeared sometime in the last few weeks, and probably affects all browsers.

Optional alpha file updates in 'subscription updates' emails

I want to be updated when certain addons have been updated. This feature exists, but it is too thorough.

For most (but not all) addons I only want updates on "release" updates and not alpha updates.

1. pick an AoC addon, let's say Stonerune (http://www.curse.com/addons/aoc/stonerune-ui) check total downloads : 50.606
2. come back 1 week after, still 50.606
3. come back 1 month after, still 50.606

I think the counter should be increasing.

Suggestions to improved phrase management for a projects localization

What is the enhancement in mind?

Ideally project managers would have the option to select multiple phrases and delete them or move them to a new namespace.

How should it look and feel?

Project managers could see a checkbox to the left of each phrase (in the localization phrase tab).
At the bottom of each page there could be a drop down menu giving various options (Delete, Move etc) that could be applied to all of the ticked phrases.
A single "reason for <action>" box could be used to cover the entire multi-phase action.

Localization: Save and Continue

I found this as part of issue #2954 however it deserves it own ticket.

When reviewing localization hitting Save and Continue at the bottom of the page always takes you to page 2 even if you are a lot father into the review.

Another slight side issue, hitting Save takes you to page 1, not the current page.

Improve tickets through Curse Client

I'd really like the ability to disallow tickets on my addons from within the Curse Client. Since my ticket templates aren't used when someone posts a ticket this way, and most users have no idea what information makes a decent bug report, most tickets I've gotten through the Curse Client are useless as-is. Add to this the fact that I've never seen a Client-originated ticket receive a response from its poster, and it's largely pointless to have these tickets at all.

Filter own replies in subscriptions

Right now subscriptions send a notification regardless of who has posted. Would like to see it filter out any posts made by the person with the subscription.

I'd like to take over development of the Rating Buster WoW addon.

As per the Abandoned/Inactive Projects Wiki page:

I attempted to contact Whitetooth through the WoWAce private messaging system.
The project is listed as available under the GPLv2.
The last activity on any of his or her projects was Dec 6, 2011 by a 3rd party (JackTripper).
The last confirmed activity is from August 19, 2011.
I have two revisions posted with one being a patch submitted by another fan.

If any additional information is required, please let me know.

release-4.3.0.0 tag created Jan 2nd which did not produce a release package
revisions 19 to 23 commited since then which have not produced alpha packages

Tried forcing external repo sync and waiting but no output is created to tell if the sync worked or not. Not sure how to get packager output to check if it is even seeing the code or not

Commit subscriptions

When I subscribe to a file, I can see all the commits in my "my" page, which is good, the bad thing is that if the file has libs, I get two messages of the exact same commit, one for the normal file, and one for the -nolib file, which is useless spam and has the potential to push out useful information from the list, since the list size is very small.

One entry per project in "digest" subscription update emails

Currently I have all of my subscriptions set to notify me on a weekly basis if each project's file is updated. Unfortunately for very active projects (BigWigs comes to mind) this means that my weekly "here is what's been updated this week" message has dozens of entries for the same project... and to make it worse, the updates are not necessarily in the correct order, so I can't just click the link in the first BigWigs entry (or the last).

To improve the situation, I would suggest that if a project has been updated more than once in the specified time period, only the most recent update should be included in the digest message.

Some way to specify whether I'm interested in -nolib zips or "regular" zips would be nice, but even if not, having just two entries per project would be a huge improvement.

Suggestion ( Localization System )

The localization system needs work. there is very little control

Things I would like to see added

Ability to permanently delete keys
Ability to wipe a local clear
A way to reset all localizations

If I enter key as nil or "" then the system should reset the key for all other localizations as untranslated

If a soft deleted key matches a new key then it should be removed from the soft deleted list and reset to what I just Imported ( I think this is the way it works now )

Save and Continue only works for the first 2 pages, after that it does not matter what pages number you are on it return you to page 2 when you click Save and Continue

Create ticket from comments on Curse.com

I was very please when you implemented: 152 - Move comment to new ticket BUT was a little sad :( when I realised it didn't work for curse.com's comments which is where most of the users seem to post problems!

I would like to propose that this same system (although ensuring the user who posted the comment is the requester not the author!) is used for the curse.com tickets.

I think this would be even more useful...

Especially if the original user is emailed with:

A link to the new ticket
Instructions on how to subscribe to updates from it. :)
