95 - Ratings on "Find New Addons" page

Description

The ratings displayed on the "Find New Addons" page seems to not display the same rating (even rounded) as on Curse.

Examples: Uckfup, SkOnRye, Ouro vent

All of these addons have not been downloaded a lot. It might be an issue with the Curse website downgrading the votes if not too many people have voted and CC4 not doing this.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to the "Find New Addons" page in CC4 and show addons ranked after Rating. You will see many non-popular addons with 5 stars, that only have 3-4 on Curse.

    The ratings are retrieved from our beta database, which has a different data-set from the live database. When we move the client to a live (non-alpha) server, this discrepancy will disappear.
