627 - Close / Minimize / Maximize buttons do not use standard Windows hover color

Submitted Via Curse Client 4.0.0.604, Microsoft Windows NT 6.0.6002 Service Pack 2 Description Minor nitpicky issue: Under Windows Vista, the Close / Min / Max buttons in the upper-right corner do not use standard Windows hover coloring (they are all the same blue color, which is not the same blue color standard in Vista, and the X should be red). This is not a bug. Each Theme has custom window buttons.
