So, because you can not reproduce something that happens to my copy of the Curse Client, the problem I have becomes "invalid"? OK. Just for anybody who reads these comments:

I fixed the problem. Sort of. Thanks to a post I made on the curse.com forum and the reply I received from myrroddin.

I actually had FloTotemBars installed. I went to my addons folder, and made sure I wasn't remembering something that didn't happen. When WoW patched to 3.2, as the addon authors caught up, my client told me that various addons had upgrades available, which I then installed THROUGH the Client. Two of these were FloTotemBars and FloAspectBar. I noticed- after a bit- that, for some reason, FloTotemBars was no longer showing up in the "Installed AddOns" list. So I filed a ticket (which was also considered "Invalid", but in managements defense it was worded in a confusing manor). I tried re-installing the addon a couple of times (with the Client) and even went as far as manually deleting it and re-installing it, but it STILL refused to show up in the "Installed AddOns" list. So I filed THIS ticket. The status of which has been changed to "Invalid". I am led to believe, because the problem can not be replicated, by the reason posted.

Now: How I "fixed" the problem is a bit strange. Keep in mind that the addon in question was already installed - by the Client. I hit the "Get more AddOns" button, and FloTotemBars was on the list with the "Install" button next to it. So I did. And now it shows up in the "Installed Addons" list. Even though it had been installed all along. By the Curse Client. Thanks, myrroddin, for the solution.
