Curse Client v4 - Windows

2894 - Curse Client failing on startup due to localization dependency?

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install Curse Client v4
2. Run it from either shortcut
3. Find application and attempt to start it from there

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect it to start.  Instead it fails silently when using the shortcut.  Windows Error Reporting pops up if I start it from the executable.

What version of the product are you using?

v4.0.1.18

Do you have an error log of what happened?

From looking at the Windows Error Reporting error, it looks like is complaining about the localization DLL.  I was able to find the localization DLL without issue in the user profile.  What was weird was that one of the localization subfolders was marked as fr-FR rather than en-US.  I am not sure if this was the issue or was a red herring.
