2093 - Irregular Crashes
Submitted Via
Curse Client 4.0.0.998, Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7600.0
Description
I've been running Curse Client V4 for a while 2+Months on Windows 7 RC with no issue. Now that I have done a clean install of the retail version of Windows 7 Pro, I get numerous but irregular client crashes. Sometimes it's when the client updats, sometimes it's when I update addons, and sometimes it's when I do an addon scan - sorry I can't give any more specific details - have re-installed the client several times and it still happens.

rustybh1 Fri, 30 Oct 2009 19:36:21Apologies - I think this is sorted now - It was my Killer NiC card causing the problems - nothing to do with the Curse Client - thanks for looking.

Adamar Fri, 30 Oct 2009 13:37:34When it crashes, does it not display the crash reporting window?
Also, based on your log data, it looks like something is blocking the client from accessing the Internet.
Examples:
- The remote name could not be resolved: 'clientservice.curse.com'
- Downloading http://clientupdate.curse.com/CurseClient.application did not succeed.
Are you running any sort of firewall or internet security software?
