1980 - Tool buttons went away

Description
When the client opened today, I got the notice about v4 going live, and the tool buttons (update all, refresh, start game, etc) is gone and I can't find and option to turn them back on.

Adamar Sun, 25 Oct 2009 14:18:08This occurred, because the game install was no longer valid (looks to be a removable drive). The toolbar displays buttons, relative to the currently selected function.

egingell Sun, 25 Oct 2009 07:52:42I noticed your "Never mind" ticket, but I'm going to leave this open just in case there's a real problem. Restarting a program isn't really an elegant "fix" for any problem.
