Description

The addon icons in the "tool" -> "downloads" section appear as puzzle pieces instead of their icon.

Steps to Reproduce

Download any addon.
go to "Tools" => "Dowloads"
all the icons of the addons appear as puzzle pieces instead of their actual icon.
