Download fails for many addons

    Hi,

    I installed Win7 and therefor decided to use the new Curse Client v4. Installation went smooth so far, but now I have a problem with downloading most addons. I get a "Download failed" messages for most of them (i.e. Sell-O-Matic, ZOMG Buffs, WIM and Magic Marker) Some Libraries where downloaded without any problem. I use the "Install Libraries seperately" option and I know that some authors dont always put a nolib version on their site. However ZOMG Buffs for example has a nolib version for the newest release, but it still fails.

    Am I doing anything wrong here?

    Hi! I'm having the same problem - download fails - but I'm using Windows XP Pro so not sure if OS is the problem here? For me it's only one addon giving me a hard time, Healbot Continued. I'm hoping to see a reply to these posts! On the other hand, the new client is looking mighty fine!! =)

    having the same problem after I updated to the latest version of Curse client 4... version 983. is there a way to downgrade ???

    985 fixed it for me, what about everyone else?

    This is unrelated to Curse Client v4 application updates. There may have been some file replication issues on our media servers.

    Can you let me know if this is still occurring?

    I am having this issue. I installed Wow then the Curse 4.0.1.2 on a factory fresh PC. Every addon I attempt to install gives me 'Installation Failed'. Is this a permissions issue?

    same issue, when trying to upgrade the folder's permissions : "Curse Client v4 was unable to repair the folder permission for '<insert game name>'

    Please report your issues using the integrated Bug Report tool. We need the log data to fix this.
