97 - Mac Client does not update addons
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the client on a Mac
2. Install some addons
3. Wait until updates are available
4. Check for addon updates
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Client finds updated addons and installs new versions
Instead: Client insists that all addons are up-to-date
What version of the product are you using?
3.0.0.5
Do you have an error log of what happened?
I do not get any errors.
Please provide any additional information below.
- X-Perl Unit Frames: installed: 3.0.3a - current: 3.0.3c
- Atlasloot Enhanced: installed: v5.04.03n current: v5.05.00
etc...
I'm quite happy that the Curse Client does no longer crash on start, but it is exactly as useless as it was when it did.

Ackis Thu, 10 Sep 2009 21:29:56Hello, the v3 of the client is being phased out. A new version is currently in alpha testing which will address most if not all of the issues encountered. The client will be available for beta testing shortly.

sky289hawk1 Mon, 06 Jul 2009 21:58:16This is related to Case Sensitive file systems. The problem doesn't happen on a case insensitive one.
I suspect developers are changing cases on their paths.
