What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. downloaded client
2. installed client
3. tried to log in

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
client should start.
this message:  The operation couldn’t be completed. (Server returned an invalid result. Please try again in a few moments. If this persists please file a support ticket. error 0.)

What version of the product are you using?
4.0.0.212

Do you have an error log of what happened?
sorry i don't.  couldn't log into the program

Please provide any additional information below.
using an intel based macbook with snow leopard installed
guys, if possible, i would like some acknowledgement for this ticket, this i the third time i've submitted it and i would like to get my client up and running.  i know people are busy and that they may have other commitments as well, but i've supported the curse client project by becoming a premium member and i'd like some help with this matter, please
