513 - doesn't let me log into client

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?  can't log in:  The operation couldn’t be completed. (Server returned an invalid result. Please try again in a few moments. If this persists please file a support ticket. error 0.)

What version of the product are you using?  4

Do you have an error log of what happened? no

Please provide any additional information below.
i'd stopped playing wow for a while so uninstalled everything.  some friends have started up again, so was reinstalling game and cclient.  have a premium account until may, but can't log into the client
