331 - Installation of addons not working

Curse Client 4.0.0.191 (OS X 10.6.2 Intel)

After any addon installation I get this message:

"The operation couldn’t be completed. (New files could not be installed properly: error 0."

I have se the path to /Applications/World of Warcraft still no luck.

Running OS X 10.6

select an addon, select to install, watch it fail
