2. start WOW
3. logon and load character

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expecting trainers and vendors on map, also expect to see Trainer/Vendor setup in Cartographer options.
--Nothing showing on map, no options show in options panel

Do you have an error log of what happened?
no errors; simply does not appear since last WoW update
