WoW Session XP/Honor

October 4th, 2011: No, I haven't forgotten you all. I hope to be releasing the new version of SessionXP/Honor very shortly. Including more currency from the most recent patches. UPDATE: <font size="5">New Release Soon!</font> I am back making addons and I plan to re-release an updated version of Session XP in the coming weeks, stay tuned for the updated addon fully functioning and ready for Cata! :) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Release Version: <font size="5">v1.3</font> This release is just a quick release to update SessionXP/Honor to patch 3.3 everything is now working wonderfully and you don't have to load out of date addons. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Release Version: <font size="5">v1.2</font> (seeing how I always seem to upload my additions later in the evening, please be sure you are downloading the current version.) - Killing Blow Tracker   - This feature as described below will track your last killing blow and post the damage dealt as well as the overkill damage to the player. This feature works on world mobs and PVP. - (BETA) Report   - The report feature can be used by typing "/sxp report" or "/sessionxp report". May I remind you that this feature is in beta and was not fully completed come this release. In v1.3 the report will show your most recent previous HP and XP gains in the individual BGs as well as the current gain of HP and XP in the individual BGs. ** -- Know issue with Killing Blow Tracker -- Because of the way that the combat log works, it actually displays the killing blow damage after the kill message. Which made it someone annoying for me to pinpoint the actual killing blow amount. So in order to do this, i used the overkill amount to determine if the player was the killer. So there are RARE occurrences where if you do not deal any overkill damage it will not display the KB on the tracker. This is very rare but can happen. I am aware of this and I am currently looking into a way to do it differently. But I dont see it being a huge issue, merely because it is not very often that there is NO overkill damage done. Especially in higher levels. -- Please report any bugs you come across. Without your feedback I can only assume what you guys want in this addon and what needs to be fixed. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Currently Working On: - Session Report   - This report will show ur most recent previous battleground experience and honor point gains. As well as ur current BG gains(if u are in one). This report will be viewable through the slash command "/sxp report" or "/sessionxp report". It will show negative honor if you purchase something with honor points. Updated version will be released shortly. ************************************************************************************************************************** Update: November 23rd, 2009: Version 1.0 - Removed Background and Edge images from addon for more discreet placement. - Added Slash Commands (see below). - Fixed Major Level Up Bug that Destroyed my Math Calculations. Slash Commands: /sxp /sessionxp Arguments: toggle-hp :: Toggles Visibility of HP Gains. toggle-xp :: Toggles Visibility of XP Gains. (ARCHIVED INFORMATION BELOW) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ There is now a known bug that will cause major malfunction within the Addon if you level up. It does some strange math and causes the output to be way off. I will be releasing a quick fix very shortly. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ In the coming days I will be removing the background and border of the addon for more discreet placement, and because of the 80's emailing me saying it was pointless for them to have the XP gained on the addon I will also be adding the slash commands to hide XP or HP ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Update- November 18th, 2009: Updated to version 0.5 changed include adding the HP calculation to the addon. It now displays HP and XP gained during your gaming session. As well as that I have added a slash command to hide or show SessionXP- typing /sessionxp will toggle it shown or hidden. (text in game will guide you as you type the slash command) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ WoW Session XP is a very simple addon that sits underneath your player portrait on the top left side of the screen that will display a running tally of your experience gained from each gaming session. For your 80's out there, I will be expanding this addon shortly to allow the hiding of XP and showing of Honor or well both. ** If you do not like the placement of the addon you can simply drag it around your screen to fit your liking.
