The addon creates a macro to guarentee we attack the nearest enemy mob or player. The addon uses a macro because Blizzard blocked addons from targeting and attacking a long time ago. The addon was originally created to fix the issues that '/targetenemy' normally has (see the features below). The macro for the warrior, paladin, priest, deathknight, mage, warlock, rogue, shaman and druid classes. #show auto attack /run Dismount() /cleartarget /targetenemy /startattack The macro for the hunter...

ShowQuestItem fixes a Blizzard feature that shows quest objectives and related quest items on the screen. Quest items are shown on the screen, so we do not have to find them in our bags, and do not waste space adding them to action bars. However, we do not want the quest objectives and items to stay and clutter the screen forever, and we want a chance to show them again later if not visible for any reason. FEATURES: Show the objectives anytime with the minimap button or slash command, /sqi...

ChatClassicFade helps the game fade the chat window frames all the way like it used to. Especially to help fade the annoying combat log window's big black bar. After patch 3.3.5, Blizzard made everything stay visible all the time and unable to adjust in game which makes no sense. To be clear, this addon only deals with the rectangular background window around the messages. The chat messages you read are not affected and you can still see them like you normally do. FEATURES: The background of...

A minimap button to help set the blizzard's water collision interface option much more easily whenever we want. When jumping in the water to find a target or start combat, the camera can help stay below the water line to see the darn things. When just swimming or traveling around, the addon can help keep the camera out of the water and show a view of the enemy beach, or keep the camera comfortably zoomed out so it doesn't bounce in and out so much. See blizzard's interface option (under Game,...

HideBars can hide the default blizzard bar; shapeshift, stance, aura, stealth, shadowform, etc. For example a druid has shapeshifting, warrior has battle/defense/berserk stance, pally has aura, rogue has stealth, and priest has shadowform. The icons could rather be moved from the spell book manually to the action bars to take advantage of keybinds and other features. Or a player in the forums mentioned we can still use keybinds for special action button 1-10 without having to move spells to...

AutoHideBarsUI can temporarily hide the default blizzard action bars that are enabled in the interface menu. When the mouse is moved over to the edge of the screen where the action bars are, then the bars slide into view. The goal was to provide more real estate on the screen to see the world map, and not have to build new action bars to provide this feature. INSTRUCTIONS: Open blizzard interface advanced options and enable any bottom or right action bars. Show bars by moving mouse to edge of...

A target hud to simplify targeting players, NPC and mobs, both in combat and out of combat by using an addon and a macro instead of always typing '/target' in the chat window. The target can also be quickly marked with a raid icon. The addon uses a macro because Blizzard blocked addons from targeting a long time ago. The addon was originally created to fix the issues that '/target' normally has (see the features below). INSTRUCTIONS ON FIRST USE: 1. Open Blizzard's macro window 2. Find the...

Restore gamma in video settings after Alt-Tab between game and windows desktop. On some video cards I have used, the gamma setting in the blizzard options was affected by Alt-Tab and accidentally made the game brighter. To fix this problem, see three workarounds: (1) Go to video options in game and move the slider temporarily to the left and back to restore the gamma. (2) Type a script in the chat window like shown below to restore the gamma. (3) Or run this addon to automatically fix. The...
