	Since the death of GloryLib I missed a generalized library for battlegrounds monitoring for my AlarBGHelper addon, so with 4.0.0 I took the chance to write it. It is as much language independent as I could (it uses strings from game engine to spot events in chats) but it's precision improves with translation.
