Plugin subscriptions, definitely. Would be the best thing ever, as it's extremely hard to keep your plugins up to date without a system like this in place.
i keep tryin to get this shit off my pc and its like a leech it wont uninstall after i remove from programs it comme back when i log into the pc again wtf
If someone submits a decent ticket with lots of detail and sane description of the problem (so it can be duplicated), and actively helps debug/test the solution with the author, then they get a lap dance... or a cookie... developer's choice.
