Not receiving your complimentary Premium? Read this!
Greetings, all!
We have become aware of an issue where authors are not receiving their complimentary monthly Premium subscriptions as they should. If you are an author affected by this, please note that we are working quickly to address this and a fix will be rolled out shortly.
In most cases, if you were previously receiving a complimentary monthly Premium subscription but did not receive one recently, you are still eligible for the subscription and are being affected.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our authors!

I do have an update. :) The issue has been resolved; however, this will not take effect until your next renewal date. For most people, this is really late in the month. Therefore, if you have posted in this comment section and have previously received author reward Premium, I've gone ahead and given you a free month while you wait -- This should resolve itself by your next renewal date (in other words, before May).
To receive the complimentary subscription, please log out and back in to both the website and the Client for it to take effect.
